Kylie and Justin's knowledge of the health and fitness world has made it much easier for me to understand what I need to do to get in shape. Their expertise in women's specific training has made a huge impact on myself and I have been able to accomplish much more than I ever thought I could. They both have taken the time to understand my fitness goals and the specific things I would like to work on and have created a specific plan to tailor to those goals. Whether they are guiding my eating habits or tweaking my workouts so I can meet a specific goal, Justin and Kylie are always enthusiastic and genuinely interested in helping me become a stronger, healthier me!
